I awoke this morning to find myself floating in a strange new world. An Orwellian world of sorts. A world made of phantasy, pure science fiction. It was when walking, sleepy-eyed toward the kitchen to brew my morning coffee when I struck my toe on the corner of the kitchen cabinets that the sharp pain startled me into a state of wakefulness and out of my dreamland stupor. That’s when I realized that, all along, I had been awake. I found myself, not in a phantasy world, but in a world all too real, a hair-on-the-back-of-my-neck-raising, frightening world headed for human automatons…and, I repeat, it is NOT SCIENCE FICTION!

And, likely you will be as surprised, as cynical, as suspicious of this as I was. But it is real. Too real to imagine, let alone to believe.  And, like me, when you do realize it is real, you may be mad as hell that you were distracted by the mainstream media reporting about stupid celebrity gossip, or who is repainting their living room to resell their house, or who is rolling what pastry to win the next title of chief-cook-and-bottle-washer, or who can climb what structure faster than the other guy.

While you were being dumbed down and distracted by the media, politicians and corporations are moving to lay claim to, [that’s right…TO OWN], your genetic code, your DNA…YOU and YOUR ORGANS.

It is being reported, BUT  NOT  reported IN THE MAINSTREAM PRESS, that A HOUSE PANEL has approved of a bill to allow for the collection of, and sharing with your employer, YOUR GENETIC INFORMATION. See end Note #1  Folks, that is step number one to a chain of events that will allow your DNA to be patented and owned by the owner of that patent!

I know. To those of you who can not conceive that the government can be owned by corporations, or that only a handful of companies, [6 to be exact],  almost literally own every income stream in the world, you’d find this hard to swallow.  But, in pure Orwellian fashion, [change the meaning of a word or concept to sound innocent and pleasant], it is happening right under our noses.  This initiative, (this bill), is being pushed through the government process under the GUISE of letting EMPLOYERS look more deeply into the genetics of individuals to provide for better accommodations within the workplace.  Does this make any sense at all?  No.  Yet, the government politicians are pushing this dumb-ass story and, worse, they expect you to be dumbed down sufficiently to either not be aware of this, to ignore this, or be unable to contemplate the longer-term consequences of such a violation of human dignity.

Stop and think for a moment. In todays environment there already is so much political, judicial, police, and corporate leadership corruption that corruption has become commonplace and well accepted by the political and judicial systems as the right of those of the upper class, and as such are exempt from scrutiny, and especially exempt from the standard of punishment of those of the middle class. Imagine what power some small groups of people would possess if they controlled/owned not only your job, your debts, but also your genetics.

And it is happening right now.


  1. H.R.1313 – Preserving Employee Wellness Programs Act, 115th Congress (2017-2018)…Latest Action: 03/08/2017– Yeas 22,  Nays 17.  [So, it is MOVING FORWARD, folks.]  This bill WILL ALLOW “workplace wellness programs”:
    • To IGNORE the limitations currently imposed by Disabilities Act of 1990 re: medical examinations.
    • To IGNORE the prohibition on collecting genetic information in connection with issuing health insurance.
    • To IGNORE the imitations under the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 on collecting the genetic information of employees or family members of employees.
